The design development in XYZkal follows a three-layered work cycle: Drafts, Templates, and Insertions. The Drafts stage initiates with the preliminary stain and simple geometric forms, progressing to the Templates stage where your drafts transform into a more detailed image, aligning with building elements. Finally, the Insertions stage allows you to select building elements, try alternatives, make final decisions, and swiftly prepare for sale with an accelerated presentation method.

XYZkal’ s design process is strategically positioned between LOD 100-300, emphasizing that intricate analyses beyond LOD 300 are unnecessary due to the nature of sales. To be preferred and move towards final sales, a detailed presentation in the LOD 100-300 range is essential. This range encapsulates all the factors influencing the product purchase, revealing budget constraints and main design considerations, constituting 80% of the decision-making process.
